Welcome to the 2025 season with Rockhampton Hockey Association.
If you are new to hockey and don't know which club you will be playing for, please register using the link for new members at the bottom of this page and select Rockhampton Hockey Association as your club. We will contact you with details of the clubs so you can make a choice.
For new Quickstix players, we start playing as one group and will be sorted in to clubs later in the season.
For all other new and returning players, we have a new process for registering this so please register by clicking on the link of your chosen club and registering through the club website. The club links are listed on the middle of this page.
All players will play their HA/HQ fees and either the full amount or a deposit on RHA games fees upon registration. The amount will be charged to a debit/credit and card charges will also be added when processed. No player can take the field until their initial registration payment is made.
Senior players have a choice of paying their fees in full at registration or paying HA/HQ fees in full and a deposit on their game fees only then enter in to a payment plan arrangement with RHA at the same time.
To complete the payment arrangement, you should go to events on the RHA webpage, and under upcoming events select 2025 Senior and Student Payment Plan. The balance of game fees will be charged to your debit/credit card in equal amounts on 30 April 2025, 31 May 2025 and 30 June 2025. You will enter your debit/credit card details in the event and the payment will be automatically charged on the above dates.
If any payments for players registering under the payment plan are not made on time, the player will be unfinancial with RHA and will be unable to take the field until payment is made.
The payments made on registration for HA/HQ are non refundable in most circumstances. The RHA game fees include a non refundable amount for Seniors of $135, Students $105, Juniors $75 and Casual players (10 games) $95. Refunds of game fees in excess of these amounts will be assessed upon application to the board and decisions for any refund will be made on a case by case basis.
FairPlay vouchers can be used to pay registration fees for junior players if they have issued to the player before registration. Please forward the voucher to treasurer@rockhamptonhockey.org before registration and you will be issued with a discount code and details of how to register.

How You Can Reduce Your Fees?
Umpiring
Umpires will be paid for umpiring games. A grade $20, other senior grades $10 and junior competition is $5.
Government Rebate
From time to time the government provides $150 ‘Fair Play Vouchers' available to assist those who can least afford fees. If available, juniors can apply but there are some limitations and it is first in best dressed so don’t delay.
On receipt of the voucher, we will deduct the value of it from your balance owing. Just forward your voucher to treasurer@rockhamptonhockey.org
